Slide preview bar should be transparent

Once we have the "slide preview" activated, the bar should be 50-60% transparent. Unless it already is.

If not, can you explain what exactly should be transparent? I'm not 100% sure what you mean.

Ready to spiral into the rabbit hole Paella is? I was thinking of the "slide preview bar" being transparent in order to match the control bar which is also transparent and allows you to see (or at least perceive) the video in the background which I think is a neat effect:

However, https://tobira.opencast.org/!v/JePe-XwDwdz tells me the "slide preview bar" is pitch black, so that's what I wanted to change/align (to answer your question).

But wait a minute! Look at

and realise

• the transparent control bar together with the background (video/no video, different segments of the video) gives us different grayish rectangles, so that probably wasn't a good idea. Also,
• the "slide segmentation bar" is somewhat visible when it shouldn't,
• a scroll bar was added where it probably shouldn't (at least from a design perspective),
• the hover-over slide preview is still active when it shouldn't (because the "manual" preview was chosen), and
• the "slide preview bar" is not aligned horizontally with the video canvas / control bar below.

Together, that's at least four problems for the price of one. Congrats!
