This cherry picks the original contributors commit from a pull request rebuy-de/aws-nuke#1148 on the rebuy-de repository. It then contains a commit to refactor to the libnuke format for resource definitions. Finally this adds tests coverage for the properties and the stringer function.
An interactive rebase was completed to reword the original commit so that it aligns with semantic commit formatting.
