Some changes so you can use the server & client for file transfer.

I moved all status info from stdout to stderr
Made the server write received data to stdout
Added an echo flag to enable echo functionality
Do not terminate client on EOF, allowing you to redirect stdin to a file to be transferred

still todo:

proper shutdown mechanism, see also Good shutdown mechanism needed. #34
data transfer in direction server --> client (aside from echo)
