First time installation wizard

to simplify setup we'll need a first time installation wizard for setting the following:

• touch-screen calibration
• date/time
• Ethernet connection
• calibration password and system password
• channel calibrations
• Load various default user profiles (e.g. +5V, +3.3V, +/-12V, Tracking, Paraller coupling, Series coupling, etc.)

We can also make visible "First time installation wizard" into system settings that user can run it any time. In that case we should take care about already set values (e.g. if we are going to load default user profiles that are different from what is stored into EEPROM).

Instead of installation wizard firmware will check after the power on if touchscreen and channel calibrations are needed. The same is if date/time is not set.
