Description
This PR adds support to the Palm release updating the requirements, workflow dependencies, and pylint.messages_control in the Setup.cfg so can be used this pylint rules throughout the app
On the other hand, is cherry-picked the solution proposed by @andrey-canon about the Issue #46 in the PR #45
Testing instructions
Install the plugin, you can:
docker-compose.override.ymlto the container and executepip install <path/to/eox-theming>.Follow the instructions here.
