Loading

On some bad Internet connections, a message sometimes gets replaced by loading.... Maybe the ShareJS connection fails, some error gets ignored, and the original content gets replaced by the placeholder content... Related to #125.

Need to make an artificial bad network environment so can reproduce.

I think I found a reproducible example where this happens: if you hit undo (ctrl-z) beyond the undo stack, you get "loading..."!
