There is a small issue in the Endogenous Retirement remark: it uses TrnsShkDstn[0] and TrnsShkDstn[1]. With the new treatment of discrete distributions, these should be TrnsShkDstn.X and TrnsShkDstn.pmf.
This PR introduces this fix.
