Every month, our sponsor NumFocus puts out a newsletter sharing updates, changes, and achievements by their members projects. It's a little bit like release notes but for the projects as a whole.
This page is a space for us to collect Econ-ARK project updates, grouped by month. Some of these will make it into the NumFocus newsletter, some will not. Regardless, every item here is a step forward for us as a community.
- SGM joined Econ-ARK as part time project manager (or as CDC likes to call the role, "factotum").
- We're planning a community meetup in June at the Computation in Economics and Finance conference! See this issue for details.
- We instituted a public roadmapping process so our community can better understand what we're working on, now and over the next year.
- We've received a grant from the Think Forward Initiative to build open source models of spending, investing and housing behavior.
