chore(build): upgrade to EDC nightly

WHAT

upgrades to EDC nightly build 20240526-SNAPSHOT by doing the following:

• using an explicitly created TokenBasedAuthenticationService for the DataPlaneProxyConsumerApi
• updating the ContractRequest message structure to comply with latest EDC developments
• updates test code to use a separate API key for the control API
• updates Helm charts, changing the env var that new API key setting
• updates Helm charts, using the harmonized TX settings values

WHY

Due to a change in the upstream build pipeline, AWS and Azure artefacts now have a different group ID

FURTHER NOTES

• uses EDC Snapshot builds, we probably should fall back to a nightly build before merging.
