Implement Dashboard View Settings

As a user ,
I want to make my view customization persistent ,
so that so that i dont have to re edit it everytime i relaod the app .

Hints / Details

• Miro UI Concept Board : LINK

• Add Save and Tile Settings icon to Dashborad page
• Tile Settings UI like table settings UI
• Grid tiles see miro board
• CONSTRAINT On save click store in user settings
  On reload load saved View or default View if not set

Acceptance Criteria

• Save and settings icon existing
• Tiles edtiable and saveable (user settings)

Out of Scope

• Persisted user settings
