Description

The 'Phone' field should be functional in the Service Details page in the Service Marketplace. The 'Register New Service' form does not include a provider phone field, making the field automatically empty.

Acceptance Criteria

The 'Phone' field should be added to the 'Register New Service' form, and linked to the Service Details.
