Description
This pull request deletes the business partner's state description field from the API as well as from the Gate's generic and the Pool's L/S/A database.
Since we do not want to change the L/S/A endpoints in the Gate until they are deleted I kept the state descriptions as they are. They will be deleted with the whole endpoints when it's time to do so.
