Pool: improve validation of golden record tasks #658

The validation of the task from the golden record process has to extended by the followings requirements:

  • if the BPN request identifier is known to the pool, the task has to be considered as update.
  • The validation of duplicated identifiers in the legal entities has to consider create and update of them together.
  • The validation of duplicated identifiers in the addresses has to consider all legal addresses, main address and additional addresses that are created or updated together.
