GitHub issue resolved: #4441

Briefly describe the changes proposed in this PR:

This bumps Solr dependencies to latest version 8.x and fixes usage of deprecated Solr APIs.

Aside from the technical checks, an IP-check has to be performed by the Eclipse Management Organisation when upgrading a dependency to a new minor version.

Luckily this can be done using the dash-license tool, and is often just a formality: many open source components are already cleared for use, or the license can be checked automatically.

Closing this, as it seems to be a non-trivial task, and the latest version of Solr still depend on Jetty 9.x. 😢
