This is still an OpenSource Project so there might be bugs. Furthermore we help you because of our own motivation and we don't get paid for this. Hi, What works on the older versions is changing properties of already existing elements in the model. Is there an example where editing in a tree is working? I don't need newer features like C++ code generation. |

Like you said before, the older versions might contain versions that are no longer (publicly) available. Here most prominently it seems to be like https://registry.yarnpkg.com/@eclipse-glsp-examples/workflow-sprotty/-/workflow-sprotty-0.8.0-rc-02.tgz is not available. You could try to update those versions, but this might require updates to the code itself. However, you could check if there are minor version updates still available. What is your main intention of getting this feature to work? Do you want to use it to debug how it works or do you actually want to use the coffee-editor? Note that the coffee-editor is just meant as a demo scenario. |

Hi @sgraband , Do you have the missing depdendencies installed already on your machine or how could you test the edit functionality? I want to debug how it works and also make some changes also for demo purposes. |

I had an old docker image lying around from around this commit. You can pull it via If you want to create an application for another ecore model please keep in mind that the coffee-editor is not meant as a starter project. |

No there is not a starter project for coffee-like editors, as these editors contain many features that differ from application to application. You can definately use the coffee-editor as a blueprint on how to structure your application, but it contains too much custom code to be used as a starter app. The used components are documented in their READMEs and some even have dedicated documentation, like GLSP or Theia. Furthermore, there are blog posts available, which focus on certain features that are also part of the coffee-editor.
