GitHub complains over these actions:

The following actions uses node12 which is deprecated and will be forced to run on node16:
styfle/[email protected],
actions/setup-java@v1,
actions/upload-artifact@v2.

Also, Linux and Mac artifacts has changed extension from .zip to .tar.gz with in later versions of Tycho #1459 . Address that at the same time.
