Several design improvements, see the commit messages for details.

Improve the title and add the new logo.

While at it, also remove some unnecessary whitespace.

Use the primary color from the color palette in [1]. This is just an
initial application of the new color palette that needs further
refinement later on.

For simplicity, replace the existing `favicon.ico`, this could later be
replaced with an SVG.

Replace the temporary log with the new Eclipse Apoapsis logo and also
show it on the frontpage.
