- basically copy from https://github.com/gliderlabs/ssh/blob/master/_examples/ssh-pty/pty.go - the server is not checking if provided ssh pub key is in authorized keys, returns true fro everything
- https://github.com/kr/pty only works for unix pseudo-terminals - for win it now just log.Fatl, let the build pass and make travis happy
