Describe the bug

Python version '3.8' with architecture 'arm64' was not found for macOS 14.4.1.

Failed build link.

The reason behind the bug

  • GitHub Actions switched to arm64 based macos runners for public projects.
  • There are no Python 3.8 versions available for installation on arm64 macos runners in actions/setup-python action. See all supported versions.
