Fix Broken PMD Analysis

This command is a temporary fix to the recent changes introduced by sfpowerkit.

While I tried to address this in the last release, that made the command useless due to the following

• Fix Issue with working directory
• sfpowerkit by default always breaks, so need to bypass it
• do a double pass, as an internal file used to be generated by sfpowerkit no longer is available
