While going through the Weather Forecast app tutorial: https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/getting-started/your-first-progressive-web-app/step-02 code we noted that it's meant to use _Firebase Public Weather API_:

Sadly, the "Firebase Open Data Sets are deprecated and will be shut down on March 30th, 2016."

Also, the link to "Try it" at the end of Step 2:
