I approve of this PR.
Sorry I'd missed updating the MET version number in the last one. I did update the title of the PR to indicate that this is second try.
I don't understand all the diffs highlighted in this PR: https://github.com/dtcenter/MET/pull/2500/files
Many of these changes have already been merged into main_v11.0 so I don't know why they are highlighted again. Regardless, I approve of these changes.

Recreating v11.0.2 release to update the version number in one more location that I missed yesterday.
