Deployment:

1) retrieve and deploy profiles
2) create users
3) Add the Logo and the Home Page Image:

- Create new Documents (ABAG_start.jpg, companylogo.jpg)
- Customize -> Home -> Home Page Component
  Create custom compnent: company logo, ABAG_start 
- Set correct Object Id in: AB AG Patient Management System
- Customize Home Page Layout

Manually:
- Security Controls --> Field Accessibility
- Customize --> Contact --> Set New Contact Button override!
- Develop --> Custom Settings --> Manage SystemId
- Profile Settings --> hidden tabs doesnt work
- Add the MASTER_ACCOUNT
- Sharing Settings for Patients
- Sharing Settings for Cases
