xActiveDirectory: Add Missing and Fix Wiki Corruption Causing Schema Descriptions

This PR adds missing schema descriptions to the xADRecycleBin and xWaitForADDomain resources. It also removes the { *Present* | Absent }. string from the xADReplicationSubnet and xADServicePrincipalName schema descriptions which were causing corruption in the Wiki property tables for these resources.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes xADRecycleBin: Missing descriptions for the properties in the schema.mof #368
• Fixes xWaitForADDomain: Missing descriptions for the properties in the schema.mof #369
