Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

If the ChangePasswordAtLogon property of the xADUser resource is set to true, this is checked for and set every time the state is refreshed. This is not useful, and this property should only be set at user creation.

Version of the DSC module that was used ('dev' if using current dev branch)
