Drupal 8 builds are broken because the system reports it cannot send email. This seems odd, as the sendmail path is set to /bin/true here, as it is in the Drupal 7 test (which are passing). The Drupal 6 tests are hung up because we cannot bootstrap Drupal 6 under php 5.6, probably due to something mentioned in http://www.mediacurrent.com/blog/getting-your-drupal-6-site-ready-run-php-56. |

So, I've left the deploy rules in Travis for now, but this won't work right until I move them over to be a final step in the Circle CI 2.0 build (so that we only deploy after the functional tests pass).
