In order to write the
pm-*compatibility commands (wrappers around Composer equivalent), we need to know where the Composer root is. DrupalFinder knows, but we don't keep it around.This PR aims to move the DrupalFinder into the bootstrap object, so that we can ask for the composer root when we want it.
