Drupal Console made a release with the changes we need, so let's now require ~0 instead of dev-master. Also, commit composer.lock to passify Travis.

Fix up console command conversion; also, set DRUSH_EXECUTION_COMPLETED before $application->run(), to prevent Drush from complaining about the call to exit().

Console bootstrap has been refactored, so Drush can have it create the kernel object during the bootstrap configuration phase, and then bootstrap the kernel in the bootstrap full phase.
