Add some descriptions for converting ci.
We add the image tag alpine:latest and the oci/nydus-zran to describe the image size changes.

@Desiki-high A small comment, the commit message is a bit confusing, especially the abbreviation gha (although I know you might mean: github action).
It might be better described like this action: add some descriptions for image convert CI.
