This updates the actions for the new release process with hotfixes.
How to Test? 🧪
Do a test release.
Is there something controversial ? 🚨
A new release might fail at the step "Fast-forward main to release" with the error "Refusing to merge unrelated histories". The fast-forward can be performed manually. If the error persists talk to @velramiir.
