[Important Update] Non-Deprecated encryption for voice features. The other encryption algorithms according to discord's official documentation are now obselete as of today.

Update voice encryption to use latest Discord-recommended algorithms
Summary
This PR updates the voice encryption implementation to use the latest recommended encryption algorithms from Discord's documentation. The previous encryption methods have been marked as obsolete. This change maintains the functionality of the voice features by adding a new encryption method that is compatible with the latest Discord API. Only until they change their mind again. 🤣
