| `feferred` and `deferred` were supported in `2.x` but the misspelling was removed in 3.x. |

Summary
PostgreSqlPlatform::getAdvancedForeignKeyOptionsSQL()had a typo in it in 2.x. This PR removes support for option namefeferredand keepsdeferred.
