As part of the CI pipeline, we should have tests that test the built image on various common images.

We should ensure that:

  1. The SBOM is built without error
  2. The SBOM is not empty
  3. The SBOM contains passes some simple sanity checks (e.g. if git is installed, we should check that git appears in the SBOM)

We probably want to extend this even further: but not quite sure of the scope of this, and how to automate it, so we can split that out into a separate issue.
