Description

Set theme colors for Bootstrap. Also used SASS to generate utility classes that could not be done official with Bootstrap overrides.

E.g. We can use button-primary, button-lg-secondary, active:button-sm-secondary

Override Bootstrap colors for primary and secondary
With SASS, generate utility classes for button color styles, and touch friendly and hover states
