List items filtering

Implemented in:

• Generic Secret Browser (current dir only, no recursive search)
• Userpass auth backend users
• Radius auth backend users
• EC2 auth backend roles
• Github auth backend users/teams
• Policy list

@msessa Actually I did find one quirk with this. The filtering is case sensitive. So, H vs hwill mean you will miss results.
