which I believe are necessary at this point:

• Actual apps are still hosted under *.projectdabl.com, so that's what we need to test for in config.ts.
• Login seems to still be under login.projectdabl.com too. @da-tanabe Is there an alternative URL we could use to future-proof this? A transition should include some period where at least two URLs work for this.
• I'm not in control of the daml.com/learn link, but happy to update if someone gives me a better one. @anthonylusardi-da or @nemanja-da perhaps?
