My other branch (embarrassingly) got messed up during rebase so I am adding documentation as a separate pull request. I am aiming for
Rule_Construction.mdto be a very simple walk-through of creating and adding a rule. It is missing a few sections on actually creating the rule itself and I'll hopefully get this done this week.
