fix(arm64): bump ristretto v0.1.0 --> v0.1.1 #1806

Problem

We recently released Ristretto v0.1.1. We update the dependency on Ristretto to v0.1.1.

Solution

> go get github.com/dgraph-io/[email protected]
go: upgraded github.com/dgraph-io/ristretto v0.1.0 => v0.1.1
go: upgraded golang.org/x/sys v0.0.0-20210124154548-22da62e12c0c => v0.0.0-20221010170243-090e33056c14
> go mod tidy
