Similar to #1 but I think that one just checks for logical expressions as part of an assignment. It also checks for the LHS of the logical expression. |

Add a new violation when users use english on the right side of a logical expression.
I didn't check the left side since it doesn't seem people are using the LHS of a logical expression. If we have any examples of that, it's trivial to add the LHS case to this PR.
