Ignites should display inline with the rest of the program #495

Instead of ignites being in a separate section below, they should list inside the timeslot for ignites for that day.

Working theory is if the program element is of type "ignite", then it will do some magic and loop through all ignites for that day and do the ignite display (which we already have, yay!)
