Expected behavior

When we hit a 404 on *devopsdays.org, we should get a nice looking page that might even point people to events, etc.

Actual behavior

We get the cloudflare or netlify 404 page.

Reproduction Steps

Visit https://www.devopsdays.org/matt-rules to see the 404 page.
