There's a drafting feature available for examiners, but it seems to lack the option to publish the draft the way to then publish the draft is not very intuitive.

Feedbacks have two options, Save draft and preview or Publish feedback, where the first will add a draft object to the conversation view:

Clicking Edit takes you to a view where you can continue editing, but none of the options offered below the text box allows you to publish the draft:

Edit: then going back to the first view and then clicking Publish feedback (below the empty text box) then publish the saved text, with the grade given above the empty text box:

Updated the first comment and the title.

Solution

  • Instead of the extra view to edit a saved feedback, it would be better to "load" the saved text into the empty text box where (new feedback is written).
  • Also include the grade in the draft (the default grade is passed).

Should be fixed with #1217.
