Motion to Vacate | Update Return to Motions Attorney #13862
Comments
@rutvigupta-design Tagging you for review on this ticket, in case you have a different understanding or have any edits to the copy suggestions. Thanks! |
Note: This is currently blocked until we get feedback from stakeholders next week. cc @msj0nes |
@leikkisa I would move forward with the updated copy mentioned above and unblock. Any feedback received after can be explored. |
And one more question... Since the copy for the alert no longer refers to a given disposition, do we want this to be visible even if the judge hasn't yet chosen a disposition? Or keep the current behavior of only showing once the judge has selected a disposition? (I'm assuming the former makes more sense, given the other changes...?) |
@jcq this copy should remain in the modal
|
@jcq confirming we are referring to the same thing below. Lets reduce complexity behind it and make it generic to accommodate any disposition. Should read: Answer: It should show regardless of disposition selected. |
) Connects #13862 ### Description Previously judges could use "Return to Lit Support" flow for missing denial drafts. This allows usage of this flow for any reason/disposition. ### Acceptance Criteria - [ ] Code compiles correctly - [ ] Return to Lit Support works for dispositions other than "denied"
User or job story
User story: As a judge, I would like to be able to return a motion to vacate back to the motions attorney for reasons other than not having the draft recommendation document.
