- Makes global.json versioning less strict. {rollForward docs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/global-json#rollforward)
- Moves FAKE into a console app
- https://github.com/fsprojects/FAKE/pull/2668/files has been sitting here almost 3 months and the original issue was in January SdkAssemblyResolver does not properly resolve locally installed runtime fsprojects/FAKE#2641. I've moved MiniScaffold to a console a long time ago
- Adds github actions
- Adds .gitattributes. this should help deal with line endings between windows/linux
- Adds VSCode Devcontainer ability
This stops the crazy churn of the global.json file needing to change with every small dotnet update and every developer having small differences
FAKE runner has been very flakey in .net 6.0. Moving to a console app solves all the problems with it.
