Description
This starts a "How Delta Lake works" section of the documentation.
Most users will be interested in simply using Delta Lake. They won't know how Delta Lake works and don't care.
The "How Delta Lake works" section is for users who are interested in learning more about how Delta Lake implements transactions, the information persisted in the transaction log, and other low-level details.
I think it's good to have a "How Delta Lake works" section for users who are curious to learn more but to keep this information separate from the "Usage" section, so users can also just treat Delta Lake as a black box.
