Removed Slack from community page

Looks good so far, but there is another couple of bits we can clean up.

Slack is mentioned in:

• src/assets/js/main.js
• src/layouts/partials/contributor-grid.html
• src/data/contributors/people.yml

And we can remove files:

• src/assets/images/community/dcr-community-platforms-slack.png
• src/static/images/team_slack.svg

Those references are related to the team members' Slack handles - even though we're removing the project's slack those might be useful in some way, no? Some people have no other contacts.

In #567 I spent a lot of time attempting to contact contributors who only had Slack contact info. I couldn't reach them, even on Slack, so tbh I don't think listing their Slack info on the website is very useful. I would just go ahead and remove it tbh.

I actually don't even know if the remaining people even contribute any longer, perhaps they should be removed completely. That is another job for another PR though.
