Awesome Map: wrong behavior showing proposals

Describe the bug
When the option "Show not answered proposals" is checked, all the proposals are shown ignoring the configuration of the state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the "Awesome map" component admin configuration in a participatory space with proposals from every state.
2. Configure the visibility of the proposals as shown in the screenshot below.
3. Go to the "Awesome map" component and see all the proposals are shown.

Expected behavior
When the "Show not answered proposals" is checked and the others are not, only the not answered proposals should appear on the map.
