Rationale

  • Not published to maven central. consumers have to add danubetech's repository
  • introduces CVEs (though this may have been remedied in more recent versions)
  • heavy on JSON-LD

I just went through having to implement what this dependency provides from scratch in dart. I think chad can take care of most of the heavy lifting. Can ask it to convert:

  • every file here in this directory to kotlin
  • and this file for DID URI parsing
