We are going to rename the DID Method -- still working on what to use. This will track the list of things to be done to make that happen:

  • Settle on the name -- recent considerations: webh (history) and webvh (verifiable history)
  • Rename repo
  • Replace existing repo to enable a redirect for the rendered spec.
  • Update BCGov repo to redirect the that rendered spec. to the new location
  • Update the rendered spec URL with a pointer to the new location
  • Information site URL
  • Update the spec - PR Update the next version of the spec to be did:webvh #146
  • Update the information site
  • Update the Work Item group name
  • Update DIF Materials and calendar to reflect the new name
  • Inform others about the change

We'll wait a few days from now on the name and then move.
