Issue #269, #272 & #166 - Implemented protocol versioning support with backward compatibility

• Introduced VersionManager for managing and fetching protocol version-specific code.
• Refactored versioned code into versions folder.
• Introduced ITransactionProcessor, IOperationProcessor and IBatchWriter for protocol version specific implementation.
• Introduced protocol versioning configuration file for switching between protocol versions.
• Introduced BatchScheduler and Resolver as part of the orchestration layer.
• Issue Consider refactoring Operation class into 2 classes #166 - Split Operation class into two, introducing an additional AnchoredOperation class.
• Issue Prefix interfaces requiring implementation with I and suffix data holder interfaces with Model #272 - Renamed interfaces to follow new naming convention.

Yeah.... sorry, I am personally totally against massive PRs... but unfortunately this had to be done as one. Core logic remains identical, the changes mainly evolves around how components are initialized and versioned. I am working on a documenting the versioning strategy in the implementation doc right now, will push that out shortly.
